The Minnesota Off-Road Vehicle Master Plan process is moving into high gear!
Having kicked off this past October, the current Master Plan will identify ways to enhance ORV opportunities for all Minnesotans.
CORVA is Golden
At 37 and 34, ATV Minnesota and MN4WDA are among the oldest OHV State Associations in the country, but not the oldest.
That honor goes to the California Off-Road Vehicle Association (CORVA), celebrating its 50th anniversary this year.
Is Grant-in-Aid Underfunded?
In a word, yes. New ATV trails are being opened every year and more are being considered for the future.
The base Grant-in-Aid appropriation at the State level must be adequate to cover maintenance needs and allow the trail systems to grow. That’s why a top priority that ATV Minnesota approved at its Legislative Summit is the request in the State’s appropriation.
